Terrible Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was ready to upgrade my 3 year old Brio & ordered the MX. I don’t know if I got a lemon or what but the picture quality was so grainy it was embarrassing to be on zoom calls. I sent it back.

Best Brio Yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between home and the , I’ve now owned three Logitech brio cameras, plus pleny of others. This one is the best by far.
After adding key lighting to my home setup, two of my other camera struggle to get white balance right.
The MX Brio was ready to go right out of the box with good contrast, white balance, and easy configuration.
Time to buy one for the office

Great Low Light Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The primary reason I upgraded from the Brio 4K to the MX Brio is for the improved low light performance. Video quality is good and the built in privacy shutter is nice. However, the removal of the infrared camera to allow it to work with Windows Hello is very frustrating. Thankfully, I can use the fingerprint reader on my laptop instead, but it’s not nearly as convenient as using a webcam.

Amazing camera, BUY IT

No Windows Hello

Don’t upgrade. Keep your old Brio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not think this is nearly as good as the previous model brio. Does not adjust for lighting as well, and white balance is not as good. I will stick with my old Brio.

After first update, this camera has been fantastic. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I had a couple issues. Mind you, I bought this right when it came out. Just some issues with my settings staying set when clicking into an app other than logi options.
But after an update, all has been fantastic since then. The quality is fantastic, the wide shot and zoom capabilities are stellar, and I love being able to save settings for various applications/desires.

The Almost Too Perfect Webcam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying this webcam, it takes my FaceTime and Zoom calls to the next level with all the features it does. I don't use mic because as a Deaf person, top-notch and nearly missed loss of picture quality is utmost important to me. Thank you Logitech for making this amazing product. I'm looking forward to seeing if they will ever make a successor for the webcam.
