Other than a few rogue plastic strips i can hear scraping the side when i open it, it was exactly what i expected it to be. Perfect size for my husband as a lunch box.

Family Tradition! Classic design, easy to open with one hand, perfect for holding the fishing rod with the other. I’m excited to gift this to my youngest brother as the third generation to have a red or blue Playmate to take to every family gathering. I’m going to put a black Magic Marker in it so he can write his name across it as is custom. Perfect size for a day’s drinks and snacks. Not too bulky to carry with an armload of tackle, presents, casserole, or toddler.

I've had three Platmate Pals

I've had three Platmate Pals -
1. An approximate 30-year old Playmate Pal with the button on the side. Button finally wore out.
2. Playmate Pal with the button on the top lasted less than 1-year, top button broke internally.
3. Playmate Pal with the button on the top replaced #2, hoping for the best.

My husband has always had

My husband has always had an Igloo Playmate cooler since I've known him (35+ years). The size is perfect for his lunch, the cooler holds its cooling capabilites and is very durable as he works in the concrete industry. Whenever an old one needs to be replaced we go right back to Igloo. Thanks for making a great product!
