not good for what its advertised for.

As a travel fan it is too big to pack. This one was not charged up and after half an hour of charging it did not go on. Smooth comforting breeze when plugged in. Nice for a desk top if you have power for the usb plug. I feel 3:5 hours to charge for 9 hours use is too long. If I'm hot I want it to go on now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan doesn't look like much, but it cools you off nicely. It doesn't make any noise, small enough to fit on your desk, and blows a might wind!
