Connection issues

I had these earbuds a few times now, and each time i run in to the same insufferable problem. The earbuds after a few weeks, always start disconnecting and reconnecting again and again for seemingly no reason. They are charged and fully connected, but suddenly an irritating "device connected" prompt will sound, and the earbuds will be disconnected and interrupt whatever i happen to be doing. There is no information for how to fix such an issue available online. I will not be purchasing these earbuds again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These headphones are fantastic. The connection is fast and easy. High end headphones for such an amazing good price. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for bluetooth headsets similar to those made by Apple but for a far less price and also better bass response. The touch controls on the side are amazing. you can pause the music, receive calls, end calls without taking the headset out. I wear them everywhere and love them so much. Loved the fact that it comes with usb c.

I love these! they're just like AirPods pros and have amazing sound quality and noise isolation. I like to listen to music or videos at work but I don’t want to leave my AirPods because I’m worried someone might steal them - but these are absolutely a perfect pair for that! Even if someone does steal them, the price is so great that I could easily buy another. Beyond just being well priced and having good sound, the case is amazing and the touch controls are very good and are helpful when I'm kinda tied up when doing certain activities at my work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor headphones compared to the original

Prpbuds used to be amazing, almost unbeatable. Now plan on having the case to turn them on. A max volume voice on battery low and far less battery on the buds. Cheaper material does the headphones and case, and poor indication lights along with it. Poor touch control. Basically everything that could be downgraded for v2 was. Very disappointed on the backwards progression, would have recommended the orginals and did to everyone, definitely would not ever recommend the new v2s. There is better headphones for the same price now with all the downgrades.

Not happy with this product at all . Sound goes in and out. You can’t control anything. Your app both your apps are crap. They don’t even function or allow you to sign in.. You can’t even tell if it took up to your phone or not it gives you no signals all that it connected or not. Battery does it last as long as it says it does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because after an hour or so of constant use they randomly disconnect and reconnect,power off then power back on battery would still be full and phone will be close by nothing that would normally be a reason the malfunction will happen ..really frustrating honestly other than that I have no complaints

Absolutely love all the features that come packed in these earbuds! You get so much at such an amazing price point.
These are comfortable to wear and perform really well! The sound is clear and crisp. There's an in-built mic for your phone calls. Pairing is super quick. It comes with a neck piece. The best part is the charging, the charging case is super convenient. The charge also lasts a long time.
It checks all the boxes you'd want in a good pair of earbuds - and these look so classy and stylish too!
