They can’t hear me talk when I’m on a phone call so I have to disconnect my air pods but they said I can talk in my air pods when I’m on the phone how do I fix that problem

These earbuds are a waste of money. The heat from being outside will mess the battery up. I work outside so the are useless to me. Would not recommend 0 stars
