The right earbud does not work

This is a great product if only the right earbud worked. I got these because I lost my other earbuds and these were cheap so I got them. When I opened it I was glad I came with everything. I connect it to my phone but I realize the right earbud is not working I don't know if something happened to it but it was charging for a while but I'll try again tomorrow
