I love my ice maker! I run it every morning to fill kid’s water bottles before school and mine through out the day. I crunch on this ice all day. It helps me up my water intake for sure!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

When the ice maker makes the ice, if you do not use it immediately, it melts and I guess recycles the water.

Hello Donna, thank you for your feedback. This ice maker is designed to continuously make ice, and any unused ice may gradually melt and return to the water reservoir to be reused in the next ice-making cycle. We understand this may be different from what you expected, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us.

Was gifted this ice maker for Christmas and two weeks ago it stopped working properly. Emailed the company about it and received a new one today. It was like Christmas all over again because I love my ice maker 😊

Hi Holley, thanks for sharing this. The Fast Nugget Ice Maker is designed to make chewable nugget ice continuously, not freeze it into a solid block. If it only made a small amount before clumping, that suggests an issue we’d like to check. Please contact our support team so we can help.

Bought Christmas of 25 been solid for almost 9 months. Ice is chewable as described. Only on here to buy another to have 2. Wish they made a larger one like 70 lbs per 24 would be nice
