Worst Experience Ever!

The motor sounded and smelled like it was going to explode the 1st time I ever used this vacuum. Between the sounds, smoke, and electricity crackling the power button would not turn it off so I had to snatch it out of my wall socket. Very grateful for not being shocked or electrocuted. Very disappointed. The vacuum was a gift from a friend tht has since passed away.

It’s a small vacuum but it packs some power. I used it on my hardwood floors as well as my carpet. I can say it did the job. Would recommend
