Unsatisfied with new Engineer

This is my second ION zip vac. As I enjoyed my first one very much so. My first use was an annoying experience. the handle was difficult to insert & now it’s permanently stuck. I press the release button & pull, nothing… the experience on emptying the dirt compartment. The fold away nozzle fell off some how. I struggled to get it back into place. It is not secure & keeps flapping down. The cord was much shorter than the first Zip vac I owned. I went to go wrap the cord up & the plastic piece was definitely nit sized properly as the cord does not conveniently attach to the end of the outlet sprong. This is very disappointing! I now wish I would have just bought a new filter for my old one.

It does what is doing and seems to be a good little vac. The swivel does not do the head just the vac.

Good product thus far. I like how it is also able to breakdown to smaller hand held vacuum.
