The rubber piece on the bottom popped off 1st day I bought it and now wont stay on at all. Wheels makes a really loud squeaking/screeching sound when moving. The only thing I can't really complain about is the suction is good.

N/A have not used the machine yet you should put a soft bottom so not to scratch the floor wheels tend to break on all of these types of machines

I thought it was for both carpet and floor, but it's only for floor. The main drawback is that the attachments detach easily while you are cleaning.
