Handy vacuum

It was hard to open the box. I had to guess how to put it together. Looking for the serial #, I saw the user guide listed on the box. It was stuck on the bottom. My arms were barely long enough to get it out. I had already put it together and used it. The crevice tool .over when it touches anything. It did clean the dirt from my sliding door runer. The base picks up well, includinggoing across blankets my dogs lay on. It cleans against baseboards. I have all linoleum, so it is noisy It needs a pad, maybe. The stick vacuum doesn't stand alone. I'm on the fence about whether I like it or not.
