The vacuum cleaner works wonderfully and without problems, it doesn't overheat, however it doesn't come with a replacement part included, which makes it more difficult to find one in a country other than the USA.

The vacuum works great like advertised. It cleaned up my long hair well. However, it's difficult to know how well it cleaned thick carpet.
