This ao slow the operating system takes up all the memory leaves only a but for daily use. It is slow. Overrated and the fan runs constantly. The microphone doesn't work. Slightly better than the 7 year old laptop 8 replaced. I would have returned if set up wasn't such a pain.

Wanted a 17.3" but could not get the same features. I wanted a dedicated GPU, but that was not offered. This is a compromise, but acceptable. I also wanted 32GiB of RAM, also not upgradable. I hate the trackpad; the left click is super sensitive, you have to hit it just right. I'll have to disable it and use a mouse. It is way faster, and much easier to connect to periferals, but I miss the ethernet port. I'd also like another USB port.

This has proven to be a great, modestly priced laptop that easily addresses my computing needs. It's proven to be plenty fast enough for my needs (not a gamer) which includes standard computing tasks, virtual meetings, a fair bit of online work with OneDrive managing photographs, etc. I'd like the image quality/clarity of the camera to be a bit better but it's adequate. I'd also like a better placed and larger Delete key and a pilot light in the Num Lock key (like the Caps Lock key). It's too easy to turn off. The Power button is also oddly placed. None of this would stop me from buying it again though.
