Great watch.

I have had Instincts for a number of years (first generalion, one eSport and one Solar). They have been great watches. I loved the Amoled screen on my Forerunner 165 and thought it would be nice to have on an Instinct, so I got the new Instinct 3 with Amoled and passed on my first generation Instincts to my grandsons who are in Scouts and they love them. I love the new watch and my old eyes can read the Amoled so much better. I didn't anticipate needing the "torch" function, but use it a lot. My only nit pick with Garmin watches is the band. Not a fan of silicone bands. They are good bands, I just don't like the feel for some reason.

I have been pleased with the Garmin watch. I have been surprised and happy to use the handy flashlight function as often as I do. I also like the compass when in unfamiliar areas. Just a very usable, and useful, device.

Outstanding! Can't believe I waited so long to get one. Everything about it is amazing, battery life unbelievable, screen sharp and very readable. Everything you need right on your wrist, from health monitoring to most any kind of workouts to navigating the trails.

I’ve had my watch for two weeks and love it so far. I’ve been using Apple Watches for years and this is my first time with a Garmin watch and the difference so far has been great. The integrated flashlight is a great addition and the battery life is a game changer.
My only complaint is when running the Garmin Connect app, I am not able to use my AirPods as the Bluetooth connection is continuously interrupted.
