Happy with the phone, but disappointed in the rejection of my trade-in. My trade-in was in great condition and I managed to transfer all the data and apps from it to the new one without a problem, but Samsung claimed the charge port was damaged and wouldn't give me credit. Had I known this would happen, I never would have purchased the new one at this time.

After the transfer, from the old phone to new phone I discovered that my wife had not checked her transfers. Totally end there were fifty two ninety photos that did not transfer. She wiped her old phone clean before I made the discovery. Everything else looked ok. I just wish there was a way to go back and get the rest of those photos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great. Love this phone. I was looking at the ZFlip but did not like the price or the crease in the screen.
