When I use the navigation, the phone gets overheat

I have been behind on cell phone technology

My old phone was a Nokia I got on sale and did not check specs or anything so I was left with a lemon for 4 years until now and extremity happy with my Samsung!!!

Hello!...” Then you are looking to see what could have happened. We have all been there; however, if it is happening more than usual, it may be a good idea to figure out why. The first troubleshooting step is ensuring you have a reasonable charge on your phone. Using an authorized Samsung charger will allow your battery to perform better. Also, closing down applications that are not in use can assist with your phone having more stability. If your device is shutting down completely, ensure your phone case is not obstructing the power button on your device. How you are gripping your device may be interacting with buttons that may cause your device to power down.
