[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a nice unit. Only issue I have found is the door doesn’t lay all the way flat and springs up a bit making loading more challenging than it should. Had it adjusted via a tech. Better, but not great.

I like to give the product some time before writing a review, but so far so good for the cleaning and the quite and the features. Only feature I don't like is the bottom rack tilts always like it is going to go back in vs laying flat until it gets pushed back in.

We love it

Our last one was 10 years old and was not cleaning well and would leave soap residue on the silverware. It also wasn’t drying. Something to do with a part underneath. Was t worth fixing so we replaced it and we are very happy with that decision.

Regarding items coming out wet after the drying cycle, this can be fairly common in ultra-quiet dishwashers, especially those designed with energy-efficient drying systems. A few factors can contribute to this:
Condensation drying design: Many quiet models use a fan-assisted or condensation-based drying method rather than high-heat drying, which can leave some moisture on plastics
Unloading timing: Opening the door immediately after the cycle can trap steam; allowing a short cooldown period can improve drying results
Load arrangement: Items placed too closely together or nested can prevent proper airflow
Rinse aid usage: Using rinse aid helps water sheet off surfaces and improves overall drying performance
Tips to improve drying results:
Add or refill rinse aid regularly
Slightly crack the door after the cycle ends (if your model allows)
Ensure plastics are placed on the top rack at an angle for better drainage
Avoid overcrowding the dishwasher
