Great machine. The top area does get very very hot so need to be careful around kids.

Easy to use. No burnt popcorn. Several unpopped did pop out of machine at the beginning of the process. But no burnt popcorn!!

This product is great does what it says. It makes a ton of popcorn from a small amount of kernels. The only thing that I did not like is the butter melting part. The butter was only half melted by the time the popcorn was done. I put in the recommended amount and it didn’t melt all the way .
I would recommend this to a friend!
