Popcorn maker review

Didn't do exactly what it was supposed to do. I go to use it for the first time and only some of the kernels popped. The rest remained unpopped and the machine stops working. Couldn't get it working again no matter what I did. I didn't improperly use the machine because I read the manual carefully and did exactly as written.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
