These earbuds have given me more issues than any other pair. I bought 2 pairs. The first pair had issues first couple weeks of use with one earbud not functioning. The second pair lasted a couple months but now has the same problem of one earbud not working. If you are looking for a pair of earbuds, don't get these. They're not worth it in the long run. The noise cancellation and features were really good though, maybe I got defective ones???

Would work if they stayed in your ears

These don’t stay in your ears at all. Tried all 3 sizes and different positions, but they still continued falling out whenever I moved. Would not recommend.

Thanks for your feedback. You can create a tight seal on our JBL Tune Buds 2 by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on. I bought a pair in November 2025 black deal. It's May 2026. right bud stop working. That's sad. The saying you get what you paid for. (peace of junk)

I bought the earbuds about a month ago. The sound quality of the music is great. Although when I make or receive phone calls people tell me that I sound like I’m under water and they can hear their own voice and horrible feedback. I would return them but I threw away the packaging

We appreciate your feedback with our JBL Tune Buds 2. Please download the JBL Headphones app and update the earbuds to the latest firmware. Once updated, proceed in doing a reset: Forget and unpair the earbuds from your source device, while both earbuds are on and not charging, tap two times and hold on the third tap for more than five seconds, until they turn off. Place both earbuds inside the charging case and close the lid for at least 30 seconds to complete the reset. After reset, you can pair them again with your source device. Also, our JBL Tune Buds 2 has several ANC features, one of which is called VoiceAware, which controls how much of your own voice you hear in the earbuds.
