[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine. Looks like it is durable and can last for a long time. It is nice that you can clean the brew unit. Makes so many type of drink. The only downside is that it goes thru a lot of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month in and I love this machine. Such a wide variety of drinks and all customizable. They can be saved to your profile favorites too. Very easy to operate and clean. I wish milk froth was a little warmer but that’s easily solved by simply heating up milk just a touch beforehand in microwave to just take the chill off it. Impressive looking and customer service is fantastic

I would have liked nicer foamed milk, I haven’t figured out optimal settings yet, but it’s better than my old nespresso machine. The coffee doesn’t seem as rich as barista quality but I’m not much of a bean expert. The crema isn’t as heavy as from nespresso. I wish there were more objective YouTube videos on how to optimize various settings or taste comparisons for standard medium roast beans.

Great pod replacement gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found this and bought it after much research. It fit our goal of replacing a Nespresso Pod machine and should pay for itself within the year. Makes great coffee and can easily switch between regular and decaffeinated beans which we do daily. The removable hopper makes this a breeze but have not opted for a second hopper yet. Very clear instructions and very customizable drinks. A few software adjustments would make this machine better but as there is not built in process to update the firm/software, will have to wait on that. Overall, very happy with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee maker - makes excellent espresso and is very easy to use and clean. Milk frothing is very good but not exceptional. In this price range I don’t think you can beat this machine!
