Misleading Installation Video - No Screen Cover

I specifically watched the instal video to make sure this came with a screen cover. I stupidly didn’t look at the reviews because I’ve always bought OtterBox cases for my phones and iPads and didn’t expect the website to be deliberately misleading. And now I see from the review responses that I should just shell out another x dollars to buy a screen protector on top of this expensive case? If you’ve removed the screen cover to make it compatible, then update the installation video. You are being very misleading.

Hello! We apologize for any confusion. For iPad devices, the Defender Series case has built in screen protection and the Defender Pro Series case does not have built in screen protection. If you prefer built in screen protection for your device instead of a separate screen protector, the Defender Series case may be a great option for you!
Fold out stand is very stubborn. It broke in days. I expected better from otterbox. Especially for the money I paid.

Okay but has flaws

The case that goes around the Otterbox is great but the shell that protects the screen and can be used as a stand is about as bad as it gets. When using the stand it gets stuck and to put it back it nearly break every time as if it gets stuck truly an awful design. Other than the stand the case does as expected.

Solid case / stand…I love the new design. It sits at a nice angle both in portrait and landscape mode. And I also appreciate that this one doesn’t have the removable side piece to expose the area on the side where it charges the Apple Pencil. The only thing I don’t like is that it only holds the Apple Pencil. The Logitech Crayon won’t fit in there. Kind of a limitation…

No camera hole!

I have always put otter box cases on my devices, I have to say very disappointed in this case. It it is not well made at all. The stand is cheaply made, it love the way the order stands are for the other otter box’s. You can not reverse the camera, because it does not have a hole for it.

Case doesn’t work with the keyboard there’s no slot in the case to adapt the new keyboard

Missing slip cover

Great product but I was disappointed to find out there isn’t a protective cover on the screen. I exchanged what I thought was defective for another one that didn’t have a plastic cover. Disappointing

Technically, the slipcover of the Defender Series case is the synthetic rubber layer that wraps around the back and sides of the inner plastic shell. But we get what you were meaning, and it is correct that there is no screen protector included.
That said, we do make a few different glass screen protectors for the iPad (10th Gen) that can be added to the mix if that's something you'd be interested in.
