Not my first Samsung watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose a newer model of Samsung watch. This is my 3rd one. Not because they stopped working but because of the upgrades that the newer watches have. O wear my watch all day except for when I shower or if it is charging. I love to review my sleep scores every morning. I keep track of my steps each day. I use it a lot to keep track of my text messages especially when my bank notifies me that there was a charge made to my credit card.

The seamless Samsung platform paired with Samsung Health has given me just the right nudge to get into the best health of my life in my mid-50s. It helps motivate me to stay active and makes it easy to keep track of my activity throughout the day. I also love being able to see notifications right on my wrist without constantly checking my phone. Overall it's convenient, easy to use and has been a great introduction to wearable technology.
