It's an expensive and new phone to already have heating issues. It is a reoccuring problem while using the web, when taking pictures/videos and when sharing them.
I’ve been using the S25 Ultra for a few weeks now, and it’s easily the best phone I’ve ever owned. Samsung absolutely nailed it this year.
The display is stunning — bright, super crisp, and buttery smooth with its adaptive refresh rate. Whether I’m watching HDR content or just scrolling through apps, it feels premium at every level. Battery life is surprisingly efficient for such a powerhouse. I’m getting well over a day on moderate to heavy use without babying it.
The camera system is next-level. The improved low-light performance and the periscope zoom are genuinely impressive. I’ve gotten shots that rival my mirrorless camera — especially portrait mode and 10x zoom clarity. Samsung’s AI photo enhancements are smarter now too, adding polish without overprocessing.
Performance-wise, the S25 Ultra is a beast. The new chip handles everything I throw at it — gaming, multitasking, video editing — with zero hiccups. And it stays cool, which is rare on phones with this much muscle.
Also, the small things add up: S Pen integration is more seamless, the build quality feels elite, and One UI 7 finally feels as smooth and intuitive as it should. It’s a productivity and media monster in your pocket.
If you want a phone that does everything and does it ridiculously well, the S25 Ultra is it. Pricey? Sure. But it earns every dollar.
My current experience with the S25 Ultra is currently the same besides the S pen not having the Bluetooth features from the S23 Ultra which I upgraded from. Overall it's a great experience the battery charges very fast, the camera is pretty decent I mean I don't really see any changes but it could use improvements, Galaxy AI as well as Gemini are great additions and people are starting to think that Samsung needs to replace Bixby with another or an upgraded AI phone assistant. Just overall and well-rounded phone not too many changes but then in the last few years to the hardware. The software it's definitely improving and getting better and better over time.
I rated this way because of the S Pen you downgraded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was typing a review, and suddenly everything I had written disappeared, so this is all you get for having a program that won't let me take my time. This happened twice.
