If you want to have the entire set of dumbbells in one pair, this is the way to go. These dumbbells give you 19 different weights from 5lbs to 52.5lbs in 2.5lb increments. Simply twist the handle to the weight of choice and lift the dumbbell out of its base. For changing the weight drop the dumbbell back into its base, twist to the new weight and voila…

Just got them and they seem pretty good. You do have to make sure the arrows line up. Sometimes they stick to the base.
