Saves a lot of room. Handy for 90% of exercises. A little ‘bulky’ when doing certain tri or shoulder deals but very good overall.

It’s good has very good setup and it is easy to use very well designed and has a lot of upside to it. Downside is sometimes it could be a pain to put back

Purchased 2 dumbbell sets for my son. They are a good compact design that allows for easy storage. They work great so far and he loves them.
