Faulty product delivered

One of the dumbbells I received is great, seems okay build quality. The other one was clearly a return or a major quality control failure. The number dials are misaligned (one is reversed) so I can't switch between weights. For example if I turn the dial to 7.5, one side is on 50lb and the other side is 7.5lb.
I'll be reaching out to support to replace the product, hopefully they can do so, otherwiise I wouldn't recommend this product.
