Easy to switch between weights and is secure thanks to the restriction bar that keeps the weights in place. It is a big bulky but is manageable.

Max to failure, set down and turn handle on click, again 10 reps or failure, set down and turn handle one click, 10 reps or failure, repeat, repeat, repeat the whole way down. Very versatile for a 51 yr old. Anybody on the planet can appreciate these well thought out pieces of machinery, Amen! Good Luck
