This smartbell is super easy to operate. It easily twists on both sides to desired weight. I love that it starts off at a lighter 5lbs for people like me that need to work up to heavier weights. It also comes in a nice cradle and looks great in my fitness room!

This is a great set of dumbell, I mean smartbell! Its super easy to setup and use. It saves a lot of space by the way its designed. I ordered this set for my wife and myself and so far we absolutely love it! The quality feels pretty premium and its easy to figure out the different weights! Overall, its a great buy for the price!

These dumbells are really great quality and excellent savers of space, especially in my situation, a small apartment.
Very easy to use too so you don't need to know much about exercise equipment to understand the concept.

I love this weight. It's super easy to use. All you need to do is spin the dial and lift and the weight you want is set. When you are done it slides together nicely. It has a holder which really helps keep everything together. It is a great space saver there are a lot of different options in one weight. Very durable material use it almost everyday haven't had a single issue with the quality or anything not working properly. My husband and I both use and and we love it.

Heavy Duty!

This adjustable dumbbell was just what I needed for strength training. It is easy to adjust and durable for all my weight lifting needs. I like that I can start off at very low weight and gradually work up to 50 lbs with one piece of equipment. Highly recommend and will be getting another weight soon.

This adjustable dumbbell is really easy to change weight amounts. It's just really slick! I appreciate how big the numbers are on the dial so I can see them easily without my readers. The hand grip has a much nicer feel in my hand than my old dumbbells that I have to adjust by pulling a pin and changing what size weights & combinations I need. I also appreciate having the base that it sits in, so it doesn't roll around the floor

Space saving but great workout

Great addition to our home gym area. There are several weight options to utilize so it is great for the whole family. We ordered two and our two kids like to use them on the lowest set together and my husband does the highest. I like that we dont have to use a huge dumbell storage for tons of different weights. The only tip I would give is to buy a mat to go under them to help the clip get into place, we noticed when on the carpet it seems a little difficult to click to the other weights. But, using hardwood or a mat has worked perfectly. Very easy to distinguish different weights and do it correctly.
