love the easy settings

Small home gym necessity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family purchased two of these weights to work out with in my basement home gym. I have a bunch of weights in multiple sizes but they take up way too much space. I needed adjustable weights to save space and for easier transitions in my workouts.
These weights are great i can easily adjust the weight while the weights are in their tray. I just twist to the weight that I need to use. Then i can pick them up with easy to grip handle, designed to be non slip. changing the weights is fast and easy perfect for the fast transition i follow on my workout program. These weights go from 5 pounds with the handle bare, then the increments going up to 52.5 pounds. I'm at the point that I can only use the 25 and 30 pounds for sumo squats .
The weights are similar size and weight with the tray designed to fit these discs only in one direction. The handle has grooves to help with the twist to select and for lifting.

Best investment i made for wieghts

I was looking for dumbbells since the beginning to complete my home gym, however I didn't want 18 dumbbells laying on my floor. I wanted something compact but still effective. Yup, these sweet babies did it for me!! I love the fact that I can switch to another weight quick. These suckers are sturdy and nice built and love the fact they go up to 90lbs which I can really built some serious chest, shoulders, biceps and soo on. Trust me dude these will make your workout at home sweet!!
