Don’t recommend

Handle doesn’t spin to adjust weight on one of the dumbbells. Followed the instructions to manually spin the handle but it still doesn’t move. Will look for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’ll see how this goes. I bought to give myself a daily workout out when I have time in my office.

Great feel. Opens up dozens of different workouts without taking up the space. The rack is a no brainer if you're ever conscious of your back. Great cost. Even comparing against FBM; I have a brand new pair for significantly less for most pricetags
