Work great for both my and my wife’s workouts. Adjusting weights is so easy with a twist of the wrist.

Only a few days in to use, seems easy enough and a great space saver

The dumbbell was good for the first two days. On my third day, while I was trying to increase the weight it got stuck and I tried the option to correct it but instead some bearings came out and I haven't been able to fix it.
