It’s ok but you need 2. Having only 1 means you can only workout 1 at a time. I guess it’s ok. But having 2 would be better. Get the deal with 2.

These dumbbells make working out much simpler than buying multiple sets. The mechanism to change the weights is easy to operate and just as quick as dropping one set and picking up another.
