I haven’t put them to use yet, I initially received two sets of dumbbells as a gift, after opening one of the boxes, the lock wouldn’t turn to adjust the weight,( it appeared to be a previous return and was not repackaged correctly either), so we just got back from returning that one and now I have two working sets.
Overall I think this is an amazing set of dumbbells and I’m looking forward to putting them to use in my next workout..!
