I’ve been using these dumbbells for about three months now, and I honestly don’t know how I lived without them. As someone with limited space in my apartment, the idea of having a whole rack of weights just wasn’t realistic. These dumbbells solve that problem perfectly.
The adjustability is smooth and super easy — I can change the weight in under 10 seconds, which keeps my workouts flowing without interruption. The mechanism feels solid and safe, which was a concern I had going in.

These weights are phenomenal well constructed and comfortable perfect for working out at home very easy to change settings and a very good selection of weight settings. Well worth the money probably just as good if not better than the bow flex I would highlights recomiendes.

These are great. I bought these as an alternative to a complete dumbbell set. It is a bit annoying changing them but that's not that big of a deal.
