I have 2 dumbbells. As shown on the receipt. I am 388 pounds. Since using these dumbbells, I have gotten down to 350 and I'm now trying to get my goal of 250 pounds.

Very good quality a little big for exercises but very good for your foundation movements. Great investment so you dont have to buy every new set when you get strong. Good for starting out and great for a teen if they are actually committed but yoy dont got a membership
