‘Cut the cord’ on using a gas mower my whole life. Wanted something that was quiet, less mechanical issues and no gas. I was sold on Greenworks after using a friends 60V blower that worked like a charm and packed with power - and without a cord or gas engine! I have a relatively smaller yard so this mower is efficient, batteries pack enough punch to transition the batteries from the mower to the blower I just purchased to finish the job. Love the utility of having the same batteries power both tools - and more that I’ll be adding soon.

Mowing with ease

I am almost 70 and this is my 1st exposure to battery operated mowers. I love the experience. Have had almost 2 months. Effortless starting, battery removal is easy for charging, comfortable handles with easy adjusting, manual or self propelled options is a plus as pushing is easy and this extends battery time. Mower handles my thick and sort of long grass. The battery time is more than enough for my needs and I mow more lawn area than with my previous gas powered. Great maneuvering around a variety of smaller areas/obstacles on property. It comes with bag but I have not used yet as also has side discharge. I was afraid the plastic parts might be fragile but so far no issues! I love this mower and my son has already purchased several additional green works battery operated tools. I only wish I had left the gas mowers behind long ago!

The Greenworks lawnmower and all the other Greenworks products I own makes it easier for me to enjoy the time I split between two properties. The lawnmower is perfect for my small yard in the mountains and mows well. The product is light enough that when using the carry handle I can easily lift it up and down the steps on my deck to access the side yard area. As with all of my Greenworks products I don't have to use cumbersome extension cords or noisy and unreliable gasoline driven products. The batteries are also easy to install.
