Great product but shipping time definitely needs some work. Shipping is the only issue I have with my new lawn mower

Self propelled died after one use

I have had this lawnmower for 2 days. First day it cut the backyard beautiful and I was excited for the self propelled function. The next the self propelled doesn't work and I've been on hold for and hour with customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello JAVAN,
We are sorry that you are having an issue with one of our products! With the spring season here, so is our busiest time of year which unfortunately means increased wait times. To start we would advise that you activate the motor for the blade before you activate the self-propelled feature.
1. Start the machine.
2. While you hold the start handles, grab either of the drive levers and pull towards the handle bar.
3. Hold the start handles and the drive levers at the same time.
4. Release either set of start handle and drive lever from the same side.
5. Adjust the speed control with your free hand. • Slide the speed control button in the direction of the Rabbit Symbol to increase the speed. • Pull the speed control button in the direction of the Turtle Symbol to decrease the speed.
6. Release the drive levers to close the self-propel system.
Hoping this was maybe a misstep and will be able to correct with these instructions. Should you have any further questions or warranty needs, please feel speak to Greenworks Customer Care at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Great combo

Drill is light and effective
Mower is light and has cut down my trimming time as this is used to hit the ditches now
charge is quick, cut is clean, light enough to push up and pull up the steep ditches.
Love them both so far!

Came with all sorts of scuffs all over and one of the batteries was bubble wrapped and the other was just loose in the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beyond Expectations

After doing some research, I finally decided to purchase a battery powered lawn mower. Greenworks was recommended by a friend, and so far the mower has exceeded by expectations in every way. Power, battery life, and performance match any gas mower and seem to be better in many ways. I would recommend this mower for anyone who is switching from gas to electric. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

I have always used a gasoline powered lawn mover since I was 10 years old. I am now 68, female. I decided to try GreenWorks self propelled battery operated . . . .OMG I am beyond excited and happy. I have more then enough power for my lawn and it is so easy. It takes me for a walk around the lawn . . .I have told everyone I know how excited I am with my purchase . . .Don't wait as long as I have. . .this is the BEST! Everyone needs GreenWorks self propelled lawn mower and wait, they gave me a battery operated drill, just because. The price is totally inexpensive compared to other brands. This is a NO BRAINER . . . A MUST FOR ANYONE THAT CUTS GRASS.
