Problems within a month of use

I bought this about a month and a half back. Initially it worked great for a couple of times I used it to mow my lawn which is somewhere between 1/4 to 1/2 of an acre. However, by the 3rd week, I noticed reduced battery life and after 6 weeks the battery just dies after 10 minutes of use. I mow the lawn once a week so its not even very thick grass.
I don't know if the problem is with the lawn mower or the batteries.

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this battery. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owner’s manual period from the date of purchase.

It says the two 24v batteries last 45 minutes and with height setting 4 it did 44 minutes. That lasted long enough for my yard.
Very happy with it and I like that the batteries charge fully within 2 hours.

This mower is awesome! I love how clean it cuts and how quiet it is! The mulched and bagged grass makes an excellent addition to our compost pile!

Mower was decently powerful. the turbo function definitely helps with taller grass but seems to drain the battery a lot faster. for the price that i got it for, it was a good purchase. its a push mower but its relatively light so its not hard at all to push.

Love it. I was hesitant at first thinking it wouldn't meet the standard of a gas lawnmower but I was wrong. one full charge took care of my front and back yard and still had charge left. and it charges pretty quick too. I have zero complaints so far and I used it approximately 10 times or more. so convenient. no more trips to purchase expensive gas. I have solar panels so I am saving a ton on gas. I can keep on all day.

Gets the work done

Unfortunately for my yard which is small, it still requires 2 charges to get it done. Without charging twice it won't have enough charge to get the yard mowed. The mower also does something with the grass because it magically disappeared. I didn't have the bag or mulch on but we can't seem to understand where all the grass went.
