Surprised this was actually a decent mower. While I wish the battery lasted longer I would recommend this for someone with a smaller yard or someone that is a patient mower that can do the yard in shifts lol. But with gas prices being high this is a good option

Battery life is good and lasted for my entire property. However, it stopped multiple times (assuming the battery was too hot) which meant I had to take breaks, which made time to completion much longer. Height adjustment is very difficult to change. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

It is important to adjust your mowing techniques to make the most out of the battery life but it goes without saying that that the harder the unit works, the quicker the battery drains. Here are a few mowing tips to help achieve the optimal run time.
1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings.
2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months.
3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily.
4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.

Lawn mover doesn't even start.

I bought this mover couple of days back, fully charged the batteries upon arrival until charger shows the solid green, however, when I installed the batteries in the mover and tried to start the mover, it tried to crank but, never start. I tried charging the batteries again but, still the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Great, but feels frail

The lawn mower runs well and cuts well in tight spaces around landscaping as I hoped. The main issue is the frail feeling construction-particularly the wheels which makes mobility over bumpy areas tricky, and some of the cheaper construction components makes me concerned about long term reliability. Still, you get the quality of battery and cut expected from the brand which is great! The drill is a great plus and I consider it the best of the three cordless drills I have due to being brushless and 24v vs 20v which is common in other competitor products.
I would recommend this to a friend!
