Don't waste your money

I received my mower on May 1, 2022. I put it together, charged the batteries and mowed my side and backyards. It worked like a charm. The batteries died after 40 minutes. It took 2.5 hours to charge them. I began mowing my front yard and the batteries died after 15 minutes. I charged them (2.5 hours) again and this time they lasted 30 minutes. Another charge and I finally got to finish my front yard. Four days later, I am mowing again. The batteries last 35 minutes. After a 2.5 hour charge, I continue mowing. While mowing, I hear a clunk and the mower stops. I look under the mower and there is a bolt in the grass. I turned the mower over and there are 2 bolts that are loose. I tighten them and try to put the one that came out back in. It won't tighten. Long story short, the bolt that came out hit the blade and cracked the housing for the motor. I had the mower for exactly one week. If you're thinking about a GreenWorks mower I suggest you find another brand. I know I'll be returning this one for a refund.

This mower really works great !!

I bought this mower about a month ago and am very pleased with it. It cuts the entire yard on 1 charge and does a fantastic job. it is very lightweight and easy to push. height adjustment is very easy. I showed it to my brother and he bought one as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad Battery Charger

Either my batterys are both bad or the charger won't work. I called last week and was on hold for over an hour and then they dropped my call. Batteries will not chagre

With the spring season here, so is our busiest time of year which unfortunately means increased wait times. Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions to check out. 1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged. 2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated. 3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction. Should you continue to experience a problem with the battery and charger, please contact us once more at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the battery and charge so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information.

This works really well. It cuts amazingly, even in thick overgrown grass. The dual blades are definitely worth it. It’s super lightweight and amazingly quiet. The value for the money is unbeatable. I love that the drill uses the same battery. The batteries charge fairly quickly. My only qualm is that it won’t cut my whole yard without needing to be charged again. To get through my front and back yard I have to recharge twice.

This mower is so light weight and easy to maneuver. Batteries last well. Easy to start and love the safety feature. Wish we had this years ago! Thank you for a great product
