[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range top heats up fast, making cooking a breeze. The addition of a 5th burner to keep another dish warm is a nice addition! The storage drawer on the bottom (not a warming tray) stores a fair amount of cookware. I haven't used the oven yet since I'm in FL and it's hot, but I have high expectations due to how the cooktop performs. It also looks very sleek paired with my black and stainless microwave mounted above.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called, was on hold for several long stretches, finally got someone who was hard to understand, clearly talking outside in the wind, who hung up on me. Tried the live chat link… it indicated I was live, no one ever came on. At all. I emailed all this - received no reply. Really unpleasant experience. Neighbors finally helped me.

I didn't want a stove with all the bells and whistles and when I saw this one I thought Perfect! I love the simplicity of it and how well the oven heats up. I love baking and this product helps make anything I make come out so well.
