Great build for 9+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a lot of fun building this set. This set is aged for 9+ and I started to build it with my eight year-old who has built many Lego sets. The first few bags feel very Lego technic and it was hard for my child to do it.Once we got to building the characters, it was like a normal Lego build, and much easier for them to complete. The set is very cool and I would recommend it.

There was a lot of excitement in our house about this set and the set fell flat. We received it and every member of my house was disappointed in the faces of Hagrid and Harry. I expected better from Lego. I, personally, do the brickheads and those faces are more intricate than what we saw on the package. We actually returned this set, as we were so disappointed in Lego for not creating a better set honoring this beloved scene from the books & movie.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG We absolutely Love All things LEGO. The person who created this is a Genius. Building with Legos allows you to be as Creative as possible. We have Hours of fun trying new ideas with Legos. They can be washed and refused. All the edges are safe for small children.

Easy and sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was by far the easiest LEGO set I’ve built over the last couple months. Usually when I’m helping my son with his LEGOs, the bags aren’t numbered by step and they pop off easily when I’m trying to attach parts, this one I had no issues with!
I had a lot of fun building this set and can’t wait to display it with the rest of my Harry Potter stuff! Now I just need to get more HP LEGO!
