Kink in hose

I have bought two of these hoses in the past year and for the most part I am pleased with how light and flexible they are, but this second hose has a kink in it and it won't come out- very annoying! Not sure if when it was packaged if the tie wraps were too tight or not. See attached photos- this hose should be replaced!

To early for a review. Just unpacked and installed on my hose bib. Was able to kink with no water but we'll see how it does in use.

BEST HOSE EVER!

This hose is as versatile as a pocket hose type but much more durable. It is lightweight and easy to handle unlike traditional hoses. This is one of the most important features for me being 60+ years old.
