Not worth the hassle.

It only works for 30 seconds. I set the cook time for 4 minutes and the machine turns itself off after 30 seconds. I have tried to submit a request for exhange but I get an error page. I have also not been able to get anyone to answere my questions using the ChatBot or on the phone. I don't know how to get my machine fixed, under warrenty, if no one will answer the phone and their web/email is down. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
