It is very easy to use

This is my fourth DeLonghi cappuccino maker. I loved my first three, they were top of the line large machines.
This machine is priced much lower, it is also smaller, fits nicely on the kitchen counter. It's taken me a few days to get used to it; not because it's difficult to use but because it's so easy. Relay automatic is just what it says push the button and you have a delightful cup to enjoy.

Superb cappuccino

The whole family is enjoying the cappuccino and latte machine. For espresso creations, it’s great. My only wish would be to be able to regulate the strength of the “coffee only” option, as I find the brew too weak. While my husband doesn’t mind the brew strength, I still have to use a coffee press to achieve my own, stronger-flavoured (true Starbucks Verona) cup of coffee.

About the worst machine I have tried. Doesn't function most of the time. After 2 months of use it's done. The power button has even stopped working. Press cappuccino, it makes coffee with no milk or spits 5 drops of milk and quits there. Press rinse function it just makes noise then makes a coffee.
It's not worth any money. Not even on sale. Complete waste of time and money.

We finally decided to replace/update our favourite 20 yo DeLonghi Magnifica, and we are thrilled with this purchase. It is sleek, smaller, quieter, holds more water and coffee, and is more intuitive. Hoping to enjoy great coffee for years to come!
