this is a good set of knives at a great price. The black painted block works great in my kitchen. I like that this set has a santoku knife as i use that more than the chef at this point. The handles are comfortable and substantial. Steak knives are an added bonus!

I’m so glad that the handles have a nice weight to them so o feel grounded while chopping something. Very smooth!! Love the black block and sleek stainless steel that matches back to my appliances. Would recommend for a first time knife block user!
