The weight and feel of the knives is perfect, and the quality is exactly what I was looking for. Having a good quality knife makes all the difference to me, and I’m very happy with the performance of these. I ordered online without being able to see them in person so I knew I was taking a chance, but I trust the Henckel name and was not disappointed!
