I am unable to delete any files from the recorder and because the recorder is full it will not allow me to record at all.

Haven't used all of the features yet, but this is user friendly and perfect to fit in your pocket. The headphone port and other features are a nice bonus.
It could use an updated touch, Bluetooth capability for the headphones, a "C" type charger would be great. A light on the screen would be helpful as well.

I bought this 2 months ago and it works great. Lots of extras. Earbuds usb cable clip on mic phone recording kit.
