A little confusing

Just got it today. A little confusing because the buttons can do multiple things via the duration of pressure on it. I have to keep referring back to the manual to delete my test recordings. Still don’t have it down pat. Has mp3 player on it which is not necessary. Might be a nice feature but I don’t need it. Would have liked some kind of pouch or carrying case to place it in. Probably will turn on inside my purse when not wanted. I still think I would recommend it. A tech savvy young person can probably overcome the barriers I experienced.

Terrible instructions.
Screen is too hard to read
Set up did not coincide with the written instructions.
Some items on the instructions differ from what the recorder has labeled on the device.

Bought this two days ago and still trying to figure it out. There is a lot to it. Not as easy as the one of tape recorders where you just press two buttons to record and hit stop when done!
