i like it. it comes with a clip on "lapel" type microphone.
Similar to professionals lavalier condenser microphones that clip on.

No batteries included - disappointing

I just bought the new voice recorder and opened the box, and just found batteries were not included. It is frustrating that I have to drive to a store to shop for the batteries. Unnecessary 2nd trip just waisted my time. I thought I bought the recorder to use it right away, and didn't expect to make more trips to shop around for batteries. This is not a customer friendly product. I am returning this product.

I just brought it followed all the directions and it won't work. Do not buy this product, the other comments are true. This is the worst voice recorder ever.

Very pleased with this recorder. Glad I ignored the few Negative reviews I read. It came with more accessories than I expected, making it even more useful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Product, No MP3 Recording

I just wrote a long review TWICE but then it wouldn't post because I had Ad Block Plus enabled the first time, and then after disabling and reloading (and writing it again), it still didn't work. So the website lost my whole review twice. I switched over from Chrome to Safari so hopefully it will work now.
I'll keep it short this time:
- Falsely implies that it records MP3, it does not.
- The high quality WAV setting is the only decent one as others lower bitrate.
- Terrible microphone
- No built in mic
- Overall shoddy design
- Two AAA batteries drain when you leave them in so you have to take them out each time
- No power button even though it advertises there's a power button (hence why you have to take the batteries out each time—I made the mistake the first time of putting in fresh batteries of leaving them in after I was done recording; 6 hours later, they were dead)
